Frank Talarico, Jr. - Founder and Managing Partner

Frank Talarico, Jr. is an entrepreneurial leader who connects emerging workforces with businesses in need of workers. During his tenure as President and CEO of Goodwill of Orange County, the enterprise tripled, serving nearly 28,000 people in 2017.

Embracing the organization’s mission to “help people who are facing barriers to finding employment” Frank shepherded the growth of Goodwill of Orange County by increasing its customer base; boosting the profit contribution of the organization’s social enterprises by improving operational efficiencies; raising greater awareness of its mission in the community; and increasing services for job seekers. He devised innovative and unique programs which have become models for businesses around the country.

Frank established the Tierney Center for Veteran Services, a national model designed to better serve veterans by streamlining access to services for veterans and their families through a single point of contact. He forged critical relationships with “super-brand” organizations including the Veterans Administration, America Warrior’s Partnership (AWP), Starbucks, and the NFL/NFL Players’ Congress.  Through the Center, veterans have direct access to employment training, job placement, educational advancement, housing and more.

Frank serves as chairman of the Southern California PGA Foundation Board. He previously served on the Orange County Development Board, the Orange County Business Council, and the Goodwill Industries International Board of Directors.

Frank has significant leadership experience in the sports, professional association, education, public relations, and marketing industries.
